Job summary

Tulsa Comprehensive Treatment Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Clinic Director to lead daily MAT/OTP operations within a nationwide network. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership.

You will oversee staff development, budgeting, and collaboration with regional leadership to advance program goals within a growing treatment network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social/behavioral or mental health services from an accredited college.
• Experience overseeing outpatient MAT services, IOP/PHP, or SUD programs.
• Experience with budgeting, compliance, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Partner with regional leadership to manage annual budget and strategic plan.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on clinical matters and compliance.
• Develop policies, oversee staff performance, and drive training.
• Build community partnerships and manage payer relationships.
