Acadia Healthcare’s Bellingham CTC seeks a Clinic Director to lead daily operations, ensure high‑quality care, and align with strategic goals. You will oversee staff, budget, and regulatory compliance in a patient‑centered environment.

The role focuses on shaping patient experiences, supporting staff development, and driving performance while ensuring program effectiveness across an outpatient MAT setting. This position offers growth within a nationwide network.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a social, behavioral, or mental health services field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in outpatient MAT/MAT or SUD programs is highly preferred.
• Experience working in narcotic treatment programs (MAT) is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage the clinic’s annual budget and strategic business plan.
• Serve as the clinic’s final authority on daily operations, collaborating with the Medical Director.
• Act as a community liaison, building partnerships with local entities and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to community relations and public affairs.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and federal/state regulations; coordinate protocol submissions to agencies.
• Oversee personnel decisions, including performance, staffing, training, and hiring.
• Provide staff development and ongoing education opportunities.
• Lead risk management and incident investigations with data analytics.
