Job summary

Bayside Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Portland, Maine, part of Acadia Healthcare’s national network, seeks a Clinic Director to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered MAT care.

You will oversee staff development, budgeting, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance while advancing strategic goals and community partnerships across the clinic’s MAT/OUD services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social, behavioral, or mental health services from an accredited college or university.
• Experience overseeing services in an outpatient setting, preferably MAT, mental health, IOP/PHP, or SUD programs.
• Experience in a narcotic treatment program (MAT) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the clinic’s annual budget and strategic plan.
• Serve as the clinic’s final authority on daily operations with the Medical Director.
• Build partnerships with community stakeholders and providers.
• Create and enforce policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure treatment delivery aligns with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee personnel decisions, staffing, training, and hiring.
• Provide staff development and ongoing education.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and secure records.
• Lead risk management and incident investigations.
• Complete annual HealthStream risk trainings and take-home medication safeguards.
