Acadia Healthcare's Tulsa Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) seeks a Clinic Director to lead daily operations in a comprehensive MAT OTP setting. This role drives high-quality patient care, staff development, regulatory compliance, and community engagement within a leading national network.

The Clinic Director will partner with regional leadership to manage budget and strategic plans, oversee clinical and administrative teams, and promote a patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a social, behavioral, or mental health services field.
• Experience coordinating services in outpatient MAT, MOUD, or SUD programs is preferred.
• Experience overseeing narcotic treatment programs and regulatory compliance is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care aligned with business goals.
• Provide oversight, support, and development for clinic staff and foster a positive culture.
• Develop and manage the clinic budget with regional leadership and strategic plans.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on clinical matters and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the clinic to partners, community stakeholders, and law enforcement when needed.
• Ensure policies and procedures meet internal standards and external regulations.
• Oversee personnel decisions, performance evaluations, and hiring.
• Support risk management, incident investigations, and data-driven improvements.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and secure medication management.
• Complete annual HealthStream risk training and lead take-home medication safety efforts.
