Acadia Healthcare's Duncansville Comprehensive Treatment Center is seeking a Clinic Director to lead daily operations and drive patient-centered care in a MAT OTP setting. The role partners with the Medical Director to ensure compliance, quality treatment, and favorable patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven P&L management experience including full facility budget oversight.
• Experience developing patient referral sources and building relationships with community partners.
• Experience working with Medicare and Medicaid contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and regulatory compliance in partnership with the Medical Director.
• Develop policies, manage staff performance, training, and hiring.
• Build and maintain community partnerships and coordinate with regional leadership.
