Job summary

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services, Inc. seeks MCORT Master’s Level Supervisors to provide remote backup to field teams across Morris/Sussex/Warren/Hunterdon counties.

Per diem, on-call for multiple teams, guiding crisis interventions and ensuring high-quality care during crises. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and licensure; two years post-master’s experience in a psychiatric setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LSW/LAC) required.
• Two years post-master’s full-time experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Experience in crisis intervention supervision is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a wellness and recovery-oriented environment with person-first language and crisis planning.
• Provide clinical guidance, crisis intervention, and de-escalation on-site or remotely as needed.
• Offer remote assessments (mini-mental status, PHQ-9, C-SSRS, Zero Suicide) to support crisis outreach.
• Ensure teams have clinical direction to provide thorough crisis intervention and referrals (warm handoffs).
• Review crisis plans and notes; provide supervision, teaching and debriefing after dispatches.
• Sign-off on MCORT reports for quality assurance (minimum 20%).
• Participate in peer supervision to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
