Irby Construction Company seeks a Master Trainer to elevate its technical training across transmission and distribution projects nationwide. You will train crews, apprentices and leaders in classroom and field settings, enforcing safety and technical excellence.

The role requires hands-on utility construction experience, the ability to travel regularly across the United States, and collaboration with regional trainers to keep curricula current.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; journeyman lineman certification preferred.
• Extensive hands-on transmission/distribution knowledge and field credibility.
• Experience delivering classroom and hands-on training to crews and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and field training across utility construction disciplines.
• Coach crews, apprentices and supervisors to improve safety and technical capability.
• Assess field practices and provide immediate coaching and feedback.
• Develop technical training materials and job aids in collaboration with SMEs.
