Irby Construction is seeking a Master Trainer to elevate training standards for transmission and distribution work across the United States. This field-based role emphasizes safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement while coaching crews, apprentices, and leaders in both classroom and live environments.

You will collaborate with subject-matter experts to keep curricula current, support trainer development, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on technical experience in transmission and distribution power line construction.
• Ability to deliver classroom and field training to diverse crews and leaders.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Experience coaching and mentoring at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on field training across multiple utility construction disciplines.
• Provide hands-on coaching to crews, apprentices, and supervisors in field settings.
• Develop and improve curricula, training tools, and job aids.
• Maintain training records and prepare quarterly reports on effectiveness.
• Travel nationwide to Irby project locations and regional operations.
