The role emphasizes practical utility construction knowledge, field credibility, and capacity to manage certifications, while promoting continuous improvement and cultural leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in transmission and distribution construction.
• Ability to deliver training across classroom and field settings.
• Ability to travel nationwide on an ongoing basis.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and hands-on demonstration skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and utility industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and field training across multiple utility disciplines.
• Provide hands-on coaching to crews, apprentices, and leaders.
• Evaluate field practices and coach for improvement.
• Develop and update training materials and checklists.
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
• Travel nationwide to project locations as required.
