Job summary

Napleton Italian Imports (Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat) in Carmel, Indiana is seeking an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards and build customer trust. This role offers incentive-based pay and growth opportunities within a large, established dealer group.

The position includes paid training, manufacturer certifications, tool allowances, and a range of benefits. Flexible shifts and weekend options are available to accommodate staff needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequately explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician required.
• ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
