Job summary

Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, IN is seeking an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards. The role emphasizes building customer trust through accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs in a fast-paced store.

We offer competitive pay from $75,000 to $130,000 with incentive-based pay, paid training and factory certifications, plus medical/dental/vision, 401k, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician required.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills in formal training sessions to stay abreast with changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
