Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Master Technician for Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to factory standards, delivering trust and confidence to customers, and contributing to the dealership’s growth.

With 3+ years of Master Technician experience and available manufacturer certifications, you will work in a fast-paced environment offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and staff.
• Update technical skills through formal training to keep pace with automotive technology.
• Keep management informed of repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:
