Job summary

Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, IN is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards. The role offers strong earning potential with an incentive-based pay structure and the chance to join a large dealer group.

Responsibilities include diagnosing complex systems, communicating repairs to customers, and maintaining an organized service bay. Prior ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus, with opportunities for training and certification reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be self-starter who is process-driven.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training to stay current with automotive tech.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Requirements:
