Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician for its NapletonItalian Imports location in Carmel, Indiana. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards while building customer trust through quality service.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of Master Technician experience; ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus. Excellent pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered in a major automotive group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast of rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician required.
• ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
