Job summary

Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana is seeking an Automotive Master Technician for vehicle diagnostics and repairs to dealership standards. You will contribute to customer trust by delivering accurate repairs and clear explanations.

The role offers a pay range of $75,000-$130,000 with incentive-based pay, top flat-rate hours, tool allowances, paid training, and industry certifications. Excellent benefits and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake/hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-technical staff and customers.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep store management informed of repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician required.
• ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
