Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician, located at Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana, to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards and continuously build customer trust. This role offers diverse shifts, relocation support, and extensive on-site training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Master Level Technician required.
• ASE and or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur and maintain an organized service bay.
