Job summary

VIP Tires & Service is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose and repair automotive systems, ensuring work is done right the first time. The role requires adherence to VIP safety, quality, and customer service standards while maintaining productivity metrics and participating in ongoing training.

The Technician will manage service orders, parts handling, and customer communication, contributing to a safe, efficient, and customer-focused service department.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• ASE certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow safety policies.
• Provide automotive systems diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for customers.
• Maintain required productivity levels (Technician 80%, ASE Technician 90%, Master Technician 100%).
• Ensure a valid Service Work Order is initiated and displayed with the vehicle.
• Complete MPI prior to service and support 5-for-5 Customer Engagement process.
