Job summary

VIP Tires & Service is seeking a Master Technician to uphold the company’s mission of earning automotive customers for life by delivering safe, high-quality service. You will diagnose systems, repair parts, tires, and accessories, ensuring work is done right the first time and compliant with safety standards.

You will follow VIP processes, participate in the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement, and complete required training and ASE certifications. A valid driver’s license and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of related automotive service experience.
• Two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Equivalent education/experience acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
• Maintain safety as Priority #1 and follow safety policies.
• Adhere to VIP processes and quality standards, including proper work orders and parts handling.
• Complete required training and ASE certifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
