The Master Stylist will work with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to meet sales goals, provide expert service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the salon

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, coloring, styling, texture, treatments, extensions and makeup.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling and treatments.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for guest experience.
• Stay informed on new industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
