Job summary

The Master Stylist will perform diverse hair services, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and stay informed on trends and product knowledge to support a premium guest journey.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and build clientele.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, haircutting, color, texture, treatments, styling, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing as applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals through excellent guest service and retail sales.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and state guidelines; ensure clean and organized spaces.
