They support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process. This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency in hair services, color, styling, and makeup.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
• Demonstrate and promote pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards in the salon.
• Develop guest relationships through consultations and recommendations.
