Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. The Master Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest’s total look.

They support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process. A passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude to learn product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
• Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Support the Experience Manager and ASM to maintain store standards.
• Stay informed on hair trends and product benefits to better assist guests.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
