The Master Stylist delivers high‑quality services with an emphasis on the guest’s total look, supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through performance, people, and process.

The role includes performing hair design, color, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and related services; achieving weekly service sales goals;

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Experience in delivering high‑quality hair services and guest experiences.
• Ability to consult with guests and drive product/service recommendations.
