Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Master Scheduler to manage complex schedules for transition planning. The role requires active SECRET clearance and coordination with NSWC, NSWG-8, and SOCOM leadership.

You will develop and maintain a POA&M and IMS for the Transition Planning Team, generate task lists, and track critical path dependencies. The position emphasizes risk management, baseline control, and DoD collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CPM scheduling and schedule risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular meetings with NSWC Executive leadership, NSWG-8 leadership, SOCOM Leadership, and Staff.
• Build, document, and maintain a POA&M and IMS for the Transition Planning Team (TPT).
• Generate a discrete task list using the POA&M.
• Work with TPT scribe to update POA&M and task list.
• Identify, analyze, and report on the critical path and cross-organizational dependencies.
• Flag schedule conflicts, resource constraints, or delays and propose mitigation strategies.
• Establish the initial TPT schedule baseline and manage changes to the POA&M as the transition scope evolves.
• SOCOM and NSW Experience in policy/procedures/structure is preferred.
• Expertise in Integrated Master Scheduling and Task List Creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (or similar).
• SOCOM NIPR and SIPR accounts and system accesses.
• Ability to attend SECRET VTCs.
• Knowledge of CPM & Schedule Risk Analysis.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Attend Regularly scheduled meetings with NSWC Executive leadership, NSWG-8 leadership, SOCOM Leadership, and Staff.

• Critical Path & Dependency Tracking: Identify, analyze, and report on the critical path and cross-organizational dependencies.
• Schedule Risk & Issue Management: Actively flag schedule conflicts, resource constraints, or delays to the TPT leadership and propose mitigation strategies or schedule workarounds.
• Baseline Management: Establish the initial TPT schedule baseline and manage formal changes to the POA&M as the transition scope evolves. Qualifications
