Job summary

People Technology And Processes in Virginia Beach is seeking a Master Scheduler to lead Integrated Master Scheduling for a transition planning team, coordinating with NSWC, NSWG-8, SOCOM leadership. You will build, document, and maintain POA&M and IMS, generating a discrete task list from the POA&M, and work with the TPT scribe to keep it current.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, NIPR/SIPR access, and experience with CPM scheduling, schedule risk analysis, and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

SOCOM/NSW experience
Proficiency in Integrated Master Scheduling and Task List Creation
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
SOCOM NIPR and SIPR accounts and system access
Active SECRET Security Clearance
Ability to attend SECRET VTCs
CPM & Schedule Risk Analysis

Responsibilities

Attend Regularly scheduled meetings with NSWC Executive leadership, NSWG-8 leadership, SOCOM Leadership, and Staff.
Build, document, and maintain a POA&M and IMS for the Transition Planning Team (TPT).
Utilize the POA&M to generate a discrete task list.
Work directly with TPT scribe to update and maintain the POA&M and task list.
Critical Path & Dependency Tracking: Identify, analyze, and report on the critical path and cross-organizational dependencies.
Schedule Risk & Issue Management: Flag schedule conflicts, resource constraints, or delays and propose mitigations.
Baseline Management: Establish the initial TPT schedule baseline and manage changes to the POA&M.
