Job summary

NEPSE Trading is seeking an experienced Master Project Scheduler with a SECRET clearance to manage Integrated Master Schedules for multiple DoD programs in the United States. You will align schedules with milestones, manage risk, and report to senior leadership across software, systems, and fielding activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating across vendors and government customers, delivering IPS/IMS materials, and driving schedule health metrics with executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with extensive DoD scheduling experience.
• Expert knowledge of Integrated Master Schedules for complex programs.
• Experience with IPMR/IPMDAR reporting to Government customers.
• Proven ability to translate Agile/Hybrid schedules into IMS.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for multiple DoD programs.
• Create and deliver schedule-related CDRLs, BOS, IMPs, and IMS materials.
• Integrate software, systems engineering, hardware, cybersecurity, and logistics into schedules.
• Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses; provide mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive-level schedule briefings and portfolio health metrics.
• Collaborate with PMs, TDs, POs, and engineers to ensure accurate schedules.
