Position Summary

Odyssey Systems is recruiting for an Integrated Master Scheduler to support PM Soldier Survivability (SSV) located at Ft. Belvoir, VA and Huntsville, AL. The role involves engineering, quality assurance and test support, acquisition support, business management, logistics, operations, and administration. Responsibilities include program management, analysis, planning, studies, liaison, strategic communications, engineering, logistics, new equipment training, system test, product fielding, acquisition and contracting, software development, and quick response support.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs work, coordinating efforts related to design, development, and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Applies project management principles to develop large, complex schedules.
• Performs program schedule analysis using metrics, critical path, float, and variance.
• Builds and maintains a program-level IMS with major milestones and deliverables from OEMs and government sources.
• Monitors OEM schedule performance, reporting weekly and monthly variances.
• Uses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other techniques to gauge progress and identify variances.
• Acts as scheduling subject expert and mentors program staff.
• Has facility with enterprise-level scheduling software.
• Proposes processes to improve integrated scheduling.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen.
• Clearance: Secret.
• Education: BA or BS.
• Experience: at least 12 years.
