Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Business Administration or a related field; 3+ years of job-relevant experience.
• Associate degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Accounting, Math, or related field; 5+ years of job-relevant experience.
• High School or GED; 7+ years of job-relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops master and detail schedules with major milestones, WBS, costs, labor, equipment, and resources.
• Monitors schedule progress, informs management of changes to schedule outcomes, and prepares progress reports and forecasts.
• Applies CPM software, time impact analysis, and delay analysis to ensure credible estimates and schedules.
