Job summary

Acro Service Corp seeks an experienced Scheduler in Detroit to develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6 across multiple project departments. You will establish baselines, track progress, and communicate timelines to stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years of scheduling experience, strong Primavera P6 skills, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to keep projects on track. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional scheduling experience, preferably on construction projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Experience in utilities and/or EPC projects is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and establish approved schedule baselines.
• Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple project departments and disciplines.
• Communicate project timelines, milestones, and critical activities to all relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities and milestones.
• Perform regular schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
• Develop/Maintain schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports to communicate project status and trends.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts, and work with project teams to develop recovery strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other project functions to maintain schedule alignment.

Position Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong expertise in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and establish approved schedule baselines.
• Develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple project departments and disciplines.
• Communicate project timelines, milestones, and critical activities to all relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities and milestones.

• Develop/ Maintain schedule metrics, dashboards, and management reports to communicate project status and trends.

Additional Info:

• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in person and 2 days remote per week.
