Job summary

Qualifications

• CPM scheduling background with strong critical path analysis and delay claims experience.
• Ability to create and load resource-loaded schedules for projects.
• Clearly communicate schedule status to project management teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain master project schedules including WBS, milestones, resource and cost loading.
• Monitor critical path, identify schedule impacts early, and develop recovery plans.
• Prepare progress reports, trending charts, and forecasts for project leadership on a regular cadence.
• Support time impact and delay analysis and assist with preparation of project time and cost claims.
• Maintain historical schedule data and contribute to continuous improvement across the scheduling function.
