Central Power Systems & Services is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to lead the master production schedule for the Generator Manufacturing Division in Platte City, MO. This role collaborates with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Inventory Control, Logistics and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of capacity.

The Master Scheduler will analyze capacity, labor, lead times and material availability, driving proactive planning and continuous improvement in production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; equivalent manufacturing experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years in production scheduling or supply chain planning.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an accurate master production schedule aligned with orders and capacity.
• Coordinate schedules across Fabrication, Welding, Paint, Electrical and Mechanical Assembly.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for material availability and capacity constraints.
• Identify bottlenecks and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement in scheduling processes.
• Prepare scheduling reports and KPIs for leadership review.
