Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. seeks a Master Scheduler to develop and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with customer demand, available capacity, and material availability.

This role focuses on short- to mid-term planning to ensure production continuity and on-time delivery, balancing demand with plant capabilities and driving proactive solutions across functions. Strong ERP/MRP proficiency and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in high mix low volume environments; ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) required; APICS CPIM certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on confirmed orders and demand plans.
• Translate demand into weekly and daily production schedules and ensure feasibility given labor, capacity and material constraints.
• Collaborate with Production, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Service to align schedules and communicate priorities.
