Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services in Platte City, MO is seeking a Master Scheduler to lead production planning across fabrication, welding, paint, electrical and final assembly. You will align schedules with customer demand, material availability, and capacity, partnering with Engineering, Procurement and Operations leadership to keep production moving.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in production planning within complex manufacturing, with strong ERP/MRP experience, analytical skills, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent manufacturing experience.
5+ years in production scheduling, master scheduling, or supply chain planning.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the master production schedule.
Coordinate scheduling across Fabrication, Welding, Paint, Electrical and Mechanical Assembly.
Monitor capacity, lead times, and material availability to identify bottlenecks.
Balance inventory, labor, and delivery requirements to meet customer commitments.
Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Operations to resolve schedule conflicts.
Maintain scheduling reports and KPIs, including on-time delivery and schedule adherence.
