UPSIDE has experienced rapid growth, and we are looking for a Master Scheduler & Production Planner to coordinate and develop production schedules, optimize resources, and ensure smooth workflow across operations. The role involves creating efficiencies based on manufacturing capabilities and aligning with supply chain activities to meet delivery targets.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with manufacturing plans.
2. Lead planning meetings with manufacturing teams for coordination and asset allocation.
3. Collaborate with Supply Chain using ERP tools to forecast material needs and ensure resupply without disruptions.
4. Assess capacity, supply, and equipment constraints, including downtime, and develop recovery plans.
5. Communicate risks and gaps in production plans, and develop scenarios to mitigate them.
6. Engage with all functional departments to support enterprise goals and minimize delays or backorders.
7. Analyze forecast performance reports to identify areas for process optimization.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning for high-volume, complex manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
• Continuous improvement mindset with Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration ability.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
• Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range:

$88,000 - $110,000 (dependent on experience and skills)
