UKG Workforce Management (Advanced Scheduling) – Manager

Job Description: UKG Workforce Management (Advanced Scheduling) – Manager

This role is within PwC’s Oracle Human Capital team, focusing on Oracle consulting. As a Manager, you will be part of a team solving complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate extensive experience with one or more UKG application modules, specifically in functional configuration and/or technical development, including:
  2. Deep understanding of Advanced Scheduling & Workforce Dimensions (WFD) building blocks for end-to-end solution design.
  3. Designing, building, testing, and deploying technical components for UKG solutions, such as reports, interfaces, and conversions.

Client Engagement:

  • Identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and community involvement.
  • Communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Manage project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.

Communication & Teamwork:

  • Prepare and coordinate complex written and verbal materials.
  • Communicate with clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks.
  • Provide guidance, clarification, and feedback to less-experienced staff.
  • Contribute to a positive working environment by building strong relationships with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success with UKG application modules (functional configuration and/or technical development).
  • Deep knowledge of Advanced Scheduling and Workforce Dimensions (WFD).
  • Strong experience designing, building, testing, and deploying UKG technical components.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Competitive salary ($100,000 – $232,000) with potential for annual discretionary bonus.
