Key Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)

• Plans production schedule and prioritizes jobs for manufacturing floor
• Maintains the production schedule and other reports as required
• Analyzes production capacity and demand data for management review
• Follow-up as required with department supervisors to expedite jobs to meet production schedule
• Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation
• Making sure each job meets shipping dates according to customer orders
• Interacts with production management daily to resolve issues regarding manufacturing
  
  

Essential Skills

• Understanding of ERP system and Microsoft Office products.
• Resolves problems utilizing acquired knowledge & analytical abilities
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with department heads verbally and in writing.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
• Able to respond quickly to changes in the production schedule.
• Able to read and understand documents, work instructions, procedures and policies.
• Use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
• Demonstrate personal time management skills
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of similar responsibility in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and with the ability to work in a team environment
