• Quotes and collects on self-pay scheduled procedures as self-pay is out of scope for the Patient Assistance Center (PAC).
• Crossed Trained in Registration.
• Work the Patient Index File of incoming orders and ensure they are archived to the appropriate account.
• Must have professional appearance, good communication skills, friendly personality, and a positive attitude.
• Must follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain a pleasant personality under pressure.
