Qualifications

• Five or more years of master scheduling or production planning in manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex schedules across multiple plants.
• Direct experience in continuous/process manufacturing is required.
• Experience in metals, wire and cable or related processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master production schedule across five facilities.
• Develop production plans from orders, forecasts, capacity, labor, and materials.
• Sequence runs to minimize changeovers, downtime, and scrap; maximize throughput.
• Lead daily scheduling meetings with multiple locations.
• Identify capacity constraints and material shortages before impact on delivery.
