Master Scheduler / Production Planner

We’re hiring a Master Scheduler / Production Planner to take ownership of all scheduling for production. This role leads project scheduling across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and R&D, ensuring projects stay on track in a high-value, fast-moving environment.

Pay: $85–$95k+ (open based on experience)

Type: Temp-to-Direct or Direct

Base pay range: $85,000 – $95,000/yr

Location: Chicago, IL (or Greater Chicago Area)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the master schedule for all production projects.
• Supervise one direct report, with two more joining in the future.
• Navigate Business Central ERP and maintain accurate project data.
• Hold teams accountable and drive clarity across all project phases.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with complex, high-dollar projects.
• Confident communicator who can push back when needed.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project (required).
• ERP experience preferred; degree not required.
