Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to manage materials flow from purchasing through production, and to develop the master production schedule to meet delivery dates and inventory goals.

The role directs scheduling staff, collaborates across departments, uses forecasting tools, and reports to the Plant Manager. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in master scheduling and production flow.
• Strong communication and supervisory abilities.
• Knowledge of forecasting tools and materials planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of customer order commitments.
• Plan production control operations and priorities.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage department staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Prepare reports on production status for the Plant Manager.
