Job summary

Leviton is seeking a Master Scheduler II to plan and manage production for MTS & MTO items, maintaining efficient inventory, and supporting cost-effective production while upholding quality standards. This role works under moderate supervision in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to define schedules, monitor changes, and drive on-time delivery across multiple product lines. Strong analytics and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Certification in APICS, ISM or LEAN is a plus
• Minimum 3 years’ related experience in purchasing, supply chain and/or demand planning

Responsibilities

• Organize the production scheduling process to optimize output and lower labor costs while maintaining on-time delivery
• Define and implement production schedules considering resources, materials, and capacities
• Execute contingency plans with cross-functional teams when inventory or schedule risks arise
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Purchasing and Manufacturing
• Facilitate daily Production Status meetings with key stakeholders
• Monitor ECOs to ensure smooth transitions and manage inventory risk
• Oversee balances on jobs or shortages
• Perform additional duties as assigned
