Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and manage the Master Production Schedule across demand, forecasts, and capacity. The role ensures materials availability, forecasts impact analysis, and production alignment with demand plans.

You will monitor performance via KPIs, participate in SIOP, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering to improve planning and scheduling processes. Strong ERP/MRP experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or SIOP.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage or JD Edwards).
• Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, capacity and inventory planning; advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule based on demand, forecasts, inventory, materials, and capacity.
• Analyze production capacity, labor, equipment, and other constraints to maximize capacity and meet requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Materials Planning to ensure material availability and address shortages.
• Monitor production against the schedule; identify delays and take corrective actions.
• Participate in SIOP meetings, assess forecast changes and impacts on schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust production plans to balance stock with demand.
• Prepare KPI reports and dashboards: schedule attainment, adherence, OTD, fill rate, capacity utilization, past-due orders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Procurement, Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams; lead scheduling discussions for new products and changes.
• Drive improvements in scheduling, planning, and ERP/MRP processes; ensure standard procedures and training.
