The right candidate will thrive in a fast paced, high mix / high volume environment, can work individually and in a team environment, be solutions oriented, detailed, and able to demonstrate a sense of urgency in their work.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with Planning Team to translate backlog, order due dates, inventory requirements, routings, readiness and availability of labor/equipment capacity into a realistic finite-capacity schedule.
  • Create and maintain the detailed work-center schedules to be distributed to the Manufacturing team that will meet customer requirements.

  • Lead daily Production reviews with cross-functional stakeholders, identifying constraints, recovery actions, near-term priorities and decisions required.
  • Review ERP MRP recommendations with Planning team and take appropriate work order management actions.
  • Ensure master data integrity within ERP system including BOM maintenance, routing information, and planning / scheduling settings.
  • Review daily/weekly production output to identify/address gaps to achieving due dates.
