Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an experienced Master Scheduler to support large-scale capital construction and infrastructure programs in California. You will develop and maintain integrated schedules using Primavera P6, manage baselines, and collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of scheduling experience, a B.S. in CM/Engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of recovering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of construction project scheduling experience.
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience, including cost loading and resource loading.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale, complex infrastructure or capital construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, logic-driven project schedules for complex capital construction and infrastructure programs.
• Create cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules, including labor, equipment, sequencing, and dependency planning.
• Establish schedule baselines, monitor progress, and perform variance, critical path, and time impact analyses.
• Review contractor-submitted schedules, coordinate revisions, and evaluate schedule changes for accuracy and feasibility.
• Track key milestones related to permitting, inspections, commissioning, equipment installation, and project dependencies.
• Prepare schedule reports, time-scaled charts, risk updates, and recommendations for project teams and stakeholders.
