Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Master Scheduler in California to own the site startup master schedule and coordinate inputs across technology transfer, validation, manufacturing, site engineering, and QA startup. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 8 years of scheduling experience on large biotech/pharma site activation projects with capital programs of $300M+.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project including data import/export.
• Intermediate proficiency in Monday.com; training provided.
• Experience transitioning schedules from Smartsheet is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of cGMP startup, technology transfer timelines, process validation, and CPM analysis.
• Experience coordinating schedules across cross-functional workstreams in biotech/pharma.
• PMI-SP or Primavera certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the Master Integrated Schedule in Monday.com, ensuring alignment across workstreams.
• Support transition from Smartsheet to Monday.com with data consistency.
• Integrate schedules from technology transfer, process validation, manufacturing, site engineering, and quality startup.
• Use Primavera P6 and MS Project to import/export schedule data for master schedule integration.
• Conduct critical-path reviews, track variances, and flag risks.
• Model capacity impacts for batch execution, validation campaigns, and startup readiness.
• Coordinate audit and CQV schedules with Health Authority inspections and internal QA activities.
• Provide timely updates on progress, milestones, and actions to stakeholders.
