Job summary

Apollopros is seeking a Planner / Scheduler II onsite in California to support a large biotech facility startup. You will manage the Master Integrated Schedule using Monday.com and Primavera P6, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, validation, operations, and quality.

This role emphasizes CPM scheduling, risk forecasting, and CQV readiness in a regulated manufacturing environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of scheduling experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years scheduling and project controls experience in biotech/pharma capital projects worth $300M+.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Monday.com, and CPM scheduling in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Integrated Schedule across all workstreams using Monday.com and Primavera P6.
• Interface with workstreams to set schedule logic, milestones, and critical path relationships.
• Conduct weekly CPM evaluations, variance analysis, and look-ahead planning for risk identification.
• Analyze site-wide capacity and resource requirements for manufacturing, validation, and startup campaigns.
• Coordinate CQV scheduling, inspections, site startup, and readiness milestones.
