Planet Pharma is seeking an experienced scheduler to lead the Master Integrated Schedule for a large biotech/pharma site activation. The role requires coordinating interdependent workstreams, evaluating critical paths, and ensuring readiness for CQV and Health Authority inspections.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in biotech/pharma scheduling, strong CPM analysis, and expertise with Monday.com and Primavera P6.

Formación

• B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Construction Management.
• PMI-SP or Primavera certification highly preferred.
• 8+ years scheduler experience in large biotech/pharma site activation.
• Expert knowledge of Monday.com, Primavera P6, and enterprise scheduling tool integrations (MS Project, SAP, MES).
• Deep understanding of cGMP facility startup phases and CPM analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the site startup Master Integrated Schedule across all workstreams using Monday.com and Primavera P6.
• Interface with workstream schedules to establish critical path ties and interdependency mapping.
• Perform weekly critical path evaluations, schedule variance tracking, and look-ahead analyses.
• Model site-wide labor, facility, and equipment capacity constraints for batch execution and validation campaigns.
• Coordinate scheduling for Health Authority inspections, internal quality audits, and CQV runs.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

• Master Integrated Schedule (IS) Management: Develop, maintain, and optimize the site startup Master Integrated Schedule across all workstreams using Monday.comt / Primavera P6.
• Schedule Integration & Rollup: Interface with workstream-level schedules on monday.com to establish critical path ties, milestone logic, and interdependency mapping.
• Critical Path & Variance Analysis: Perform weekly critical path evaluations, schedule variance tracking, and look-ahead analyses to identify risks ahead of execution.
• Capacity Planning & Resource Leveling: Model site-wide labor, facility, and equipment capacity constraints to support batch execution and validation campaigns.
• Audit & CQV Integration: Coordinate scheduling for Health Authority (HA) inspections, internal quality audits, and commissioning/qualification (CQV) runs.

B. Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Education: B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Construction Management. PMI-SP or Primavera certification highly preferred.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 8+ years of scheduler experience in large-scale commercial biotech / pharma site activation ($300M+ capital scale).
• Platform Expertise: Expert knowledge of Monday.com, Primavera P6, and enterprise scheduling tool integrations (MS Project, SAP, MES).
• Key Competencies: Deep understanding of cGMP facility startup phases, Tech Transfer glidepaths, and critical path method (CPM) analysis.

Pay Rate Range: $50-61/hr depending on experience
