Our client, a world leader in life sciences and biotechnology, islooking for a“Master Scheduler”based in Durham, NC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Master Integrated Schedule (IS) Management: Develop, maintain, andoptimize the site startup Master Integrated Schedule across all workstreamsusing Monday.com / Primavera P6.
- Schedule Integration & Rollup: Interface with workstream-levelschedules on monday.com to establish critical path ties, milestone logic, andinterdependency mapping.
- Critical Path & Variance Analysis: Perform weekly critical pathevaluations, schedule variance tracking, and look-ahead analyses to identifyrisks ahead of execution.
- Capacity Planning & Resource Leveling: Model site-wide labor,facility, and equipment capacity constraints to support batch execution andvalidation campaigns.
- Audit & CQV Integration: Coordinate scheduling for HealthAuthority (HA) inspections, internal quality audits, andcommissioning/qualification (CQV) runs.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, or ConstructionManagement. PMI-SP or Primavera certification highly preferred.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 8+ years of scheduler experience inlarge-scale commercial biotech / pharma site activation ($300M+ capitalscale).
- Platform Expertise: Expert knowledge of Monday.com, Primavera P6, andenterprise scheduling tool integrations (MS Project, SAP, MES).
- Key Competencies: Deep understanding of cGMP facility startup phases,Tech Transfer glidepaths, and critical path method (CPM) analysis.
