Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a Manufacturing Production Scheduler to oversee scheduling across multiple sites, aligning material availability with capacity and execution. You will collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Operations and Engineering to optimize production flow and meet delivery targets.

The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years in manufacturing scheduling, strong ERP/MRP experience, and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical discipline preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and directly related manufacturing scheduling experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules.
Monitor work orders, production progress, capacity constraints, material shortages, and schedule performance.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, and Program Management.
Identify schedule risks and proactively communicate impacts and recovery plans.
Review MRP requirements and assist with production work order management.
Participate in and support daily production meetings.
Prepare production reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Analyze schedule adherence, backlog, capacity, and on-time delivery.
Track action items and ensure commitments are completed.
