Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Senior Master Schedule and Records Coordinator to lead CFAES master scheduling on the Columbus campus. You will manage the SIS-based schedule, coordinate offerings with academic units, and liaise with the University Registrar to ensure policy alignment.

You will train scheduling contacts, implement new processes, and support records and program assessment initiatives, with occasional travel across Ohio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience coordinating complex processes and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret policies and academic regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for CFAES master schedule in SIS.
  • Coordinate course scheduling with academic units to align with curricula.
  • Audit offerings for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Provide guidance and training to scheduling contacts and faculty.
  • Lead or support new scheduling systems and processes.
  • Manage instructional and general assignment classroom spaces.
  • Support student records processes and program assessment.
  • Travel within Ohio as needed.
